Located in the Parc de la Corbillière, in a 18th manor house, in the heart of a 3 hectares park (in front of the public swimming pool), the Museum of Mer offers permanent collections : paintings, sculptures by local artists nationally recognized (P. Loisoon) and by an internationally recognized artists (J. Storrs), diverse works of art and related folk tradition, local archeology, photographs, and ancient postcards. The fund of industrial and artistic sandstone by Alexandre Bigot from Mer (Art Nouveau period, beggining of the 20th century) is perhaps the most representative in France.
Also : all year, temporary exhibitions.
