The Hôtel de Burtaigne was built by the de Gournay family at the beginning of the 16th century. The medieval influence is still visible in the low diamond-shaped roof, set back from the façade, and the small windows on the attic, the top floor. Nevertheless, its architecture departs from the Italian model and corresponds more to that of the French Renaissance.
