Patrick Delfour and his daughter Aurélie wanted to make the visitor discover the history of the biscuit, from antiquity to the present day, through various objects recovered over the years.
The beginnings of the biscuit factory are also retraced with, for example, the home-made production of the first 'Maryleine' moulds, which were not commercially available. From the Egyptian parchments that testify to the making of cakes in antiquity, to the egg separator (apparatus for separating the yolk from the whites), we discover the passion that drives the manager of this workshop.
For it is indeed a craft workshop, all the manufacturing is done by hand.
