Champagne Demilly De Baere

Gérard and Françoise Demilly, winegrowers, have installed their own winery on the family homestead, located in Bligny since 1624 on the site of an old glass factory and an old castle.
With their son Vincent, winemaker, they make wine and sell their production. The choice of varieties, the methods of growing and pressing the grapes, the wine making techniques and the blends are established to ensure the quality and preservation of the natural flavors of their wines of Champagne.
