Located south of Auch at the entrance to the Bastide de Mirande, labelled CittaSlow, this former mansion transformed into a hotel-restaurant by Henri Maupas, an emblematic figure and talented cook, a great defender of Gers gastronomy, has just been taken over by his grandson who, without betraying the soul of the place, brings a new impetus.
The rooms have been entirely renovated in a contemporary style
Patrick's cooking is traditional and tasty, based on quality products and is in keeping with the tradition of the establishment.
