The Chef and his team offer you a simple, balanced and uncomplicated cuisine that leaves room for discovery. Passionate about Gastronomy since childhood, Benjamin Gilles began his experience through an apprenticeship with the great houses such as the Assiette Champenoise and the millennium and refined his know-how at the Domaine des Crayères.
The menu is elaborated according to the seasons with local products in the respect of its environment.
