Description

Holving is a municipality spread over six hamlets Holving, Ballering, Bettring, Dieferfing, Hinsing and Hirbach.
The Mutterbach (tributary of the Albe) flows through the municipality.
The pond of Hirbach (52ha) is a part of the aquatic Maginot line, created in 1939 to complete the hole left in the Maginot line by the refusal by referendum of the Saar to become French.

- The Chapel of Notre Dame de Lourdes
- The dam bridge of the Maginot line.
- The pond of Hirbach.
- The Virgin Our Lady of Peace.
- The Church of the Immaculate Conception (neo-gothic 1869).
- The June 1940 Memorial.
