restaurant le K - Les Frangines and co

Les Frangines and Co was first an association and then a cooperative created by Amanda and Anne-Laure Klein, who wanted to develop a place for awareness-raising and action where we could build tomorrow?s world together.

After 2 years of research and 9 months of construction, the place they had imagined came to life and opened its doors in 2022. Housed in a former nursery school in Sainte-Ménehould, the Frangines and Co third-place was designed as a genuine meeting place, an open space where people and associations in rural areas can meet in a soothing setting. What's on the agenda? Pottery classes, meditation, children's workshops? and catering!

Le K restaurant is a product of this cooperative society. The aim? To offer homemade, seasonal cuisine from local farmers. No tomatoes or raspberries in winter! The Frangines and Co team works closely and without intermediaries with local partner producers to adapt the restaurant?s menu, and not the other way around. That's why the menu is limited to a different one each day (starter/main course/dessert), with an alternative for vegetarians. A guarantee of fresh produce and genuine homemade dishes!
