Brother and sister, Mathieu and Laurence, have recently settled on the family farm. They have chosen to be farmers out of family tradition and a taste for the trade, and run their farm organically. The wooden goat house shelters a herd of dairy goats that have daily access to the Brukiza woods. The goats' milk is transformed into a range of fresh and matured cheeses (dung, logs, faisselle, fromage frais). They also make juice and jam from kiwi fruit planted on the property. Visit and free tasting. To see: the goat farm, the goats, the processing room and the maturing cellars.
