Ferme des Trois Vallons makes dry pasta from durum wheat grown in fields in conversion to organic farming.
The semolina used is obtained by grinding the grain on a stone mill to preserve all the nutritional qualities of the wheat, particularly the germ, the seat of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. The dark color of our pasta is due to the presence of the germ, which oxidizes and turns the pasta brown during slow drying at low temperatures. This reaction is also responsible for the unique taste of our products, in which you'll find the authenticity of the grain and all its benefits.
We offer several shapes of dry pasta (fusilli, coquillettes, cobs and tagliatelle) as well as durum wheat semolina. Our pasta products are available for direct sale from our workshop, as well as in local stores.
We pack in 500g sachets and bulk from 1 kilo upwards.
Cooked in boiling salted water for 3 to 5 minutes.
100% organic and local plain dried pasta. Durum wheat semolina and water.
