Ferry 't Verlaat has been a household name and a popular appearance on the Rotte for years. A crossing with the ferry 't Verlaat is a nice change from a cycling or walking tour. The skippers sail the ferry from the jetty on the Bleiswijk side at the Meerenbos restaurant to the Zevenhuizer across the street or, if the crowds allow it, to the jetty at eatery "de Roerdomp". Pedestrians with and without bicycles are welcome.
