Engineering firm Grabowsky & Poort from Hoorn designed the Cable Bridge, which connects the Kersenboogerd district with the Schellinkhouterdijk, crossing over the Provincial Road. Blue pylons, white cables, bridge girders, and railings. The bridge is designed in such a way that it minimally affects the shape of this part of the West Frisian Ring Dike, which is a provincial monument. Users have to navigate a small incline at the end since the dike was raised in 2011.
