This Romanesque church, from the 13th century , with neoclassical reconstruction, was the seat of the Colegiada de Valença and the bishopric of Ceuta.
Inside, the Gothic-Mudejar episcopal chair stands out, dating from the 15th century and the only painting of the Virgin of Milk that escaped the Inquisition in Portugal. In the high choir there is an organ from the early 16th century.
Outside there is a large cemetery.
