Ubicada en una antigua casa solariega del siglo XVIII, La Corbillière es el espacio de exposiciones de la ciudad de Mer (7.000 habitantes, a medio camino entre Blois y Orleans, en el Loir et Cher). Este lugar, que ha experimentado una nueva dinámica desde que el municipio asumió su gestión en 2015. Su ambición es promover todas las formas de arte al mayor número de personas posible. Las tres salas de este espacio presentan obras de finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX de artistas de Merois de fama internacional, nacional o local: Alexandre Bigot, John Storrs, Pierre Loison, René Vallette, Ludovic Duclos? ¿Qué tienen en común? Nacidos en Merois o adoptados, vivieron en la misma época y desarrollaron una extraordinaria carrera artística.
