Le Gabriel, restaurante bordelés emblemático, fue adquirido a principios de 2019 por la familia de Boüard de Laforest, propietaria del Château Angelus en Saint-Émilion.
Se une así a una familia especialmente apegada a la región y a su influencia, para la que la convivencia, la elegancia y el hedonismo son valores patrimoniales.
Instalado en un elegante edificio del siglo XVIII, Le Gabriel goza de impresionantes vistas sobre la Place de la Bourse, el Espejo de Agua y el Garona.
Bajo la dirección del chef Bertrand Noeureuil, Le Gabriel celebra la hospitalidad en tres plantas: el bar en la planta baja, el bistró Le 1544 en la primera y el restaurante gastronómico L'Observatoire, galardonado con una estrella Michelin, en la segunda.
