Le Gabriel, ristorante iconico di Bordeaux, è stato acquistato all'inizio del 2019 dalla famiglia de Boüard de Laforest, proprietaria di Château Angelus a Saint-Émilion.
Entra così a far parte di una famiglia particolarmente legata alla regione e alle sue influenze, per la quale la convivialità, l'eleganza e l'edonismo sono valori del patrimonio.
Ospitato in un elegante edificio del XVIII secolo, Le Gabriel vanta una vista mozzafiato su Place de la Bourse, lo Specchio d'Acqua e la Garonna.
Sotto la guida dello chef Bertrand Noeureuil, Le Gabriel celebra l'ospitalità su tre piani: il bar al piano terra, il bistrot Le 1544 al primo piano e il ristorante gourmet stellato L'Observatoire al secondo piano.
