Le Gabriel, restaurant emblématique bordelais, a été acquis début 2019 par la famille de Boüard de Laforest, propriétaire de Château Angelus à Saint-Émilion.
Il rejoint ainsi une famille particulièrement attachée à la région et à son rayonnement, pour laquelle la convivialité, l’élégance et l’hédonisme sont des valeurs patrimoniales.
Dans un élégant immeuble du XVIIIème siècle, Le Gabriel offre une vue imprenable sur la place de la Bourse, le miroir d’eau et la Garonne.
Sous la houlette du chef Bertrand Noeureuil, Le Gabriel célèbre l’hospitalité sur trois étages : le bar au rez-de-chaussée, le bistrot Le 1544 au premier étage et le restaurant gastronomique étoilé L’Observatoire au deuxième étage.
