Los hermanos Mathieu y Laurence se han instalado recientemente en la granja familiar. Eligieron ser agricultores por su tradición familiar y su amor por la profesión, y dirigen su granja de forma ecológica. La casa de madera para cabras alberga un rebaño de cabras lecheras que tienen acceso diario al bosque de Brukiza. La leche de cabra se transforma en una gama de quesos frescos y maduros (crottins, troncos, faisselle, fromage frais). También hacen zumo y mermelada de los kiwis plantados en la propiedad. Visita y degustación gratuitas. Para ver: la nave de cabras, las cabras, la sala de elaboración y las bodegas de maduración.
