Hornow est un village et une ancienne commune allemande du district de Spree-Neisse, dans le Brandebourg. Du 31 décembre 2001 au 1er janvier 2016, Hornow a formé la commune de Hornow-Wadelsdorf avec le village voisin de Wadelsdorf.
Hornow est situé en Basse-Lusace, à environ 25 kilomètres au sud-est de Cottbus et à 14 kilomètres au nord-est de la ville centrale de Spremberg, dans la zone de peuplement reconnue des Sorabes/Wendes. Les villages voisins sont Drieschnitz-Vorwerk et Trebendorf au nord, Bohsdorf-Vorwerk au nord-est, Bohsdorf à l’est, Klein Loitz et Wadelsdorf au sud, Bagenz à l’ouest et Drieschnitz-Kahsel au nord. Hornow comprend le lieu de résidence Hornow-Vorwerk.
