Wat Dusit est un monastère déserté qui était autrefois accessible depuis Khlong Dusit. Il reste des vestiges d'une salle de sermon et quelques chedis encore sur place. L'ancien temple reste principalement non excavé, et il y a une abondance de briques rouges éparpillées autour. Des squatteurs ont construit des cabanes au-dessus du sol autrefois consacré. Un sanctuaire moderne a été construit sur place pour commémorer Wat Dusit.
