Secondo J. Verbesselt, una fondazione villa nova, la cosiddetta Curtis de Hoxdonck, risalente all'inizio del XIII secolo, la cui espansione fu affidata circa nel 1250 all'abbazia di Kortenberg (vedi introduzione comunale). Nella sua forma attuale, si tratta di un complesso del XVIII secolo circondato da un fossato, costituito da edifici in mattoni ancorati a forma di L, recentemente rasati. Lato strada, casa larga sotto tetto a due spioventi (tegole meccaniche) con facciata a lista di cinque campate e un piano su un basamento in arenaria; pietra di anno 1718 nella campata centrale; finestre rettangolari modificate, porte ad arco e finestre nella soffitta a gradini.
