La Chiesa di San Miguel de Jerez è un bellissimo tempio costruito tra il XV e il XVIII secolo . Contiene elementi dei tre principali stili architettonici di ogni epoca: gotico, rinascimentale e barocco.
All'interno vi è una cappella tabernacolo sormontata da una cupola ottagonale. Degni di nota sono il tabernacolo, il Santo Crocifisso della Salute e l'ostensorio processionale (Un ostensorio è un supporto, solitamente d'oro, in cui è esposta l'ostia consacrata).
La grande pala d'altare maggiore su un'abside a cinque lati e interamente in legno, fu in gran parte progettata ed eseguita tra il 1601 e il 1649 dal prestigioso figuratore Juan Martínez Montañés, poi proseguita da José de Arce tra il 1641 e il 1655.
