Die Kirche San Miguel de Jerez ist ein wunderschöner Tempel aus dem 15. bis 18. Jahrhundert . Es enthält Elemente der drei großen Baustile jeder Epoche: Gotik, Renaissance und Barock.
Im Inneren befindet sich eine Tabernakelkapelle, die von einer achteckigen Kuppel gekrönt wird. Bemerkenswert sind der Tabernakel, das Heilige Kruzifix der Gesundheit und die Prozessionsmonstranz (Eine Monstranz ist ein Halter, normalerweise aus Gold, in dem die geweihte Hostie ausgestellt ist).
Das große Hauptaltarbild auf einer fünfseitigen Apsis und ganz aus Holz wurde zwischen 1601 und 1649 von dem angesehenen Bildhauer Juan Martínez Montañés größtenteils entworfen und ausgeführt, später von José de Arce zwischen 1641 und 1655 weitergeführt.
