La Iglesia de San Miguel de Jerez es un hermoso templo construido en los siglos XV al XVIII . Contiene elementos de los tres grandes estilos arquitectónicos de cada época: gótico, renacentista y barroco.
En el interior hay una capilla sagrario rematada por una cúpula octogonal. Destacan el Sagrario, el Santo Crucifijo de la Salud y la Custodia procesional (Custodia es un soporte, generalmente de oro, en el que se exhibe la hostia consagrada).
El gran retablo mayor sobre un ábside de cinco lados y íntegramente en madera, fue diseñado y ejecutado en gran parte entre 1601 y 1649 por el prestigioso imaginero Juan Martínez Montañés, continuado posteriormente por José de Arce entre 1641 y 1655.
