Il Bar Alfalfa in Calle Candilejo alla fine di Plaza Alfalfa a Siviglia è un bar da amare. I quaranta visitatori che si sono radunati al bar verso le otto e mezza hanno a disposizione circa mezzo metro quadrato di spazio in piedi per persona . Alcuni del pubblico sono fuori a bere e fumare. A sinistra e a destra della porta si accumulano casse di birra vuote e piene. Il personale sale regolarmente alcuni metri su una piccola scala per far scendere una nuova scorta di vino.
Il Bar Alfalfa è un tipico bar e ristorante di tapas di Siviglia. Con più di 10 anni di esperienza, questo locale è noto per i suoi piatti gustosi e l'atmosfera amichevole. Le tapas sono la specialità della casa, con un'ampia scelta che spazia dalle bruschette ai salmorejos. Consigliato anche il provolone fritto con origano.
