De IMA Schelling Group is een Duits-Oostenrijkse onderneming die machines en installaties voor de hout-, metaal- en kunststofindustrie ontwikkelt en produceert. Haar hoofdkantoren zijn in de stad Lübbecke en in de gemeente Schwarzach.
De oprichting vond plaats in 1951 in Gütersloh door Erich Klessmann. Uit het bedrijf TEXTIMA evolueerde IMA door de focus op de productie van apparaten voor de houtindustrie. De fabriek in Lübbecke werd in 1960 aanvankelijk alleen als mechanische productie-eenheid opgericht. In 1989 begon de samenwerking met IMA Meinert. Vanaf 1991 begon men, vanwege de globalisering van de markten, met de oprichting van wereldwijde verkoopmaatschappijen.
