Kom naar Thiérache, het land van cider en maroilles, en ontdek de Triperie de Luzoir. Het is de laatste triperie van Picardië en ook een van de laatste in het noorden van Frankrijk. Aan het hoofd staat Stéphane Mensuelle, die u de kunst zal onthullen van het bereiden en combineren: tripes à la mode de Caen, tripes met maroilles, met cider of à la Folie Douce... Allemaal worden ze ambachtelijk gemaakt in zijn atelier. Heilig 'Kampioen van Frankrijk van de Triperies' in 2007-2008-2009-2010, hij behoudt het traditionele vakmanschap terwijl hij het beste van regionale producten integreert!
