Het restaurant Chez Fred, al jarenlang een bekend adres in Carcassonne, is ideaal gelegen, met zijn binnenplaats en schaduwrijk terras, tegenover de tuin van Chénier, op een steenworp afstand van het station en de haven van het Canal du Midi.
Pierre en Siham, eigenaars van het restaurant sinds het voorjaar van 2018, zijn gepassioneerd door gastronomie en delen graag hun liefde voor goede smaak en een warm en vriendelijk onthaal.
Hun menu is uitsluitend gebaseerd op lokale, verse en seizoensgebonden producten.
