Chez Fred, una dirección muy conocida en Carcassonne desde hace muchos años, está idealmente situado, con su patio y su terraza sombreada, frente al jardín Chénier, a dos pasos de la estación y del puerto del Canal du Midi.
Pierre y Siham, propietarios del restaurante desde la primavera de 2018, son apasionados de la gastronomía y les gusta compartir su amor por el buen gusto y una acogida cálida y amable.
Su menú se basa exclusivamente en productos locales, frescos y de temporada.
