In de buurt van Mont-de-Marsan produceert Christelle Lasseignou in het dorpje Le Frêche witte en rosé Armagnacs en Flocs de Gascogne. De boerderij is typisch voor de Bas-Armagnac streek met zijn vakwerkhuizen en terracotta bakstenen binnenin. Na een stop in de 7 hectare wijngaarden neemt Christelle u mee naar de mobiele stookplaats die op houtvuur wordt verwarmd en de rijpingskelder waar de eikenhouten vaten van het domein staan opgesteld.
In de ontvangstruimte met zijn warme sfeer onthult ze tijdens de proeverij enkele gelukkige combinaties: een beetje floc in het hart van een meloen, bij een foie gras of een vleugje Armagnac op een fruitsalade of een tourtière. De receptie is alleen op afspraak. In de winkel: oude Armagnacs, witte of rosé Floc de Gascogne en Pujo Côtes de Gascogne wijnen.
