Pladsen Fernand Cocq er en livlig plads i Ixelles. Den blev først kaldt plads Léopold, derefter plads Communale som følge af dens udvidelse, og den blev i 1920 dedikeret til advokaten Fernand Cocq, der i lang tid var medlem af kommunalbestyrelsen for offentlig undervisning, borgmester fra 1918 til 1921 og far til maleren Suzanne Cocq. Han var også medlem af parlamentet, justitsminister og højtstående medlem af frimureriet.
