Borgen Falkenstein, tidligere også kaldet Borgen Ny Falkenstein, er en højmiddelalderlig højborg i Harzen. Den tilhører kommunen Falkenstein/Harz i Sachsen-Anhalts amt Harz. Den blev bygget mellem 1120 og 1180. Borgen forvaltes af Kulturstiftelsen Sachsen-Anhalt som ejer.
Borgen Falkenstein ligger i Nedre Harz i Harzen Naturpark. Den befinder sig mellem Mägdesprung og Meisdorf på en klippevold syd for og ovenfor Thalmühle, som ligger i Selke-dalen. I et skovklædt landskab er den omgivet af naturbeskyttelsesområdet Selketal omkring 1,3 km vest-nordvest for det mellem landsbyerne Meisdorf og Pansfelde beliggende Falkensteiner Weilers Gartenhaus ved landevejen 230.
