Det nuværende slot Wijnandsrade ligger i kommunen Nuth. Det er en delvist voldsom bygning bestående af tre fløje omkring en gårdsplads. Bag slottet ligger en motte, omgivet af slotgraven. På denne motte, en kunstig bakke, har det oprindelige slot stået. Ved siden af slottet ligger en slotsgård, den tidligere borchhof, bestående af tre fløje omkring en stor gårdsplads. Motteborgen nævnes første gang i det tolvte århundrede.
