Dette anglo-normanniske villaområde er et stort stykke klitland, der i 1889 blev givet i brug til private for at anlægge et romantisk belle époque-kvarter. Det var den tyske urbanist, Joseph Stübben, der bestemte ansigtet af De Haan. Den klassificerede sporvognsstation og villaområdet nord for sporlinjen er smukke eksempler med engelsk-normanniske bindingsværkelementer, der er så typiske for belle époque-arkitekturen ved vores kyst. En gåtur i dette kvarter er en absolut anbefaling og bringer dig straks ind i en stemning fra 1900.
