Belægringen af Ath i de Østrigske Nederlande af en fransk hær under Moritz af Sachsen fandt sted i september/oktober 1745. I felttoget i 1744 fik marskal Moritz af Sachsen til opgave at bryde gennem den hollandske fæstningsring i Flandern med en hær på 90.000 mand; målet var at erobre Tournai, Gent, Brugge, Ath og Mons. I juni 1745 overgav Tournai sig, hvilket sikrede overgangen over Schelde. Derefter faldt Gent den 15. juli, Oudenaarde, Dendermonde, Ostende og Nieuport.
