Das Herzstück des Historischen Brauhauses ist die Brauanlage der ehemaligen Karmeliterbrauerei von 1352 in Bad Neustadt an der Saale, der fünftältesten Brauerei Deutschlands. In den kupfernen Wänden der Sudpfanne spiegelt sich das Brauhaus im warmen Licht.
