Langs havnefronten i Orleans krydser fire små, rustikke broer Sauvenière-floden. Broerne er opkaldt efter en maler .
Den tredje bro er dedikeret til Edmond Xhrouet (1881-1954). Kur-anlægsgartneren var også kemiker, dekoratør, lærer og senere direktør for kur-akademiet. Han blev kaldt "Potiquet" for at adskille ham fra de andre Xhrouets af Spa, og fordi han vandrede rundt i byen Spa med sine gryder, pensler og maling.
Hans palet og stil er energisk. Han deltog i Spa Fine Arts Exhibition i 1903, 1910 og 1911. Han var svigersøn til Alfred Ledin (Spa, 1846–1913), også en talentfuld maler.
