Joseph Colyn nahm mit seiner Frau Simone 1983 die Herstellung von Herver Käse auf. Gemeinsam mit ihren zwei Söhnen Stéphane und Jean-Christophe erzeugen sie heute ungefähr 20.000 Herver Käse pro Jahr, in milder oder würziger Version, aber auch Butter und andere Milchprodukte. Stolz de

Verkauf: vor Ort, Mittwoch bis Freitag 9-17 Uhr und Samstag 9-12.30 Uhr, im Tourismushaus des HerverLandes und über zwei Großhändler: Real (in Battice) und Camal (in Barchon)
