Das Rathaus von Spa wurde zwischen 1762 und 1768 erbaut.
Dieses Gebäude im wunderschönen Louis XVI-Stil ist das Werk des Architekten Digneffe. Im 18. Jahrhundert empfing es die Industriellen, die kamen, um das Quellwasser zu kommerzialisieren . 1822 ging dieses Grand Hotel in den Besitz von John Cockerill über, der es in eine Kardenfabrik umwandelte (Kardieren ist das Trennen der Wollfasern).
Heute beherbergt dieses Gebäude das Rathaus.
