El mercat de peix de Saint-Tropez és un mercat petit però encantador on es pot comprar peix i marisc fresc directament dels pescadors locals. ¡Autèntic, pur i absolutament provençal!

Gran part del peix del mercat es captura aquesta mateixa nit a la costa de Saint-Tropez oa les illes de Hyères. És un autèntic "del vaixell al plat". Els pescadors solen arribar al mercat amb les botes posades!
Cada matí , generalment de 6:00 a 11:00 . Sol estar tancat els diumenges i dilluns . Vine d'hora, la pesca més fresca i millor es ven ràpid! Els restaurants de Saint-Tropez (fins i tot els més exclusius!) solen enviar els seus xefs o subxefs al mercat d'hora al matí per seleccionar el millor peix per al menú del dia.
