Ruinerne af Grand Arnsbourg, der ligger mellem Philippsbourg og Niederbronn-les-Bains, tilhører en borg, der blev bygget i midten af det 12. århundrede. Formålet med opførelsen af borgen var at overvåge Zinseltal, der strakte sig helt til Bitche. I 1229 var Ludwig von Arnsburg den første beboer af borgen. I 1332 kom den i besiddelse af Herrerne af Lichtenberg, indtil familien døde ud i 1481. Derefter gik den i besiddelse af greverne af Deux-Pont-Bitche, før den i 1525 blev delvistødelagt under bøndernes krig. Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager har det været forbudt at betre Borgen siden 1999.
