Die Auberge chez Lazare befindet sich in der Gemeinde Arros-de-Nay, im Herzen der Region Pays de Nay. Die Auberge ist ein traditionelles Restaurant, das von Christophe geleitet wird. Es wurde von seinem Urgroßvater Lazare 1874 rund um die Steinbrüche von Labassères gegründet
In seiner Kompagnon-Ecke stellt der Küchenchef eine der Spezialitäten des Béarn in den Vordergrund: das "Poule au Pot" (Huhn im Topf). Es wurde von König Heinrich IV. eingeführt. Es handelt sich um ein Rezept auf der Grundlage eines in einer Brühe gekochten Huhns, das von Gemüse und Reis begleitet wird. Um Ihren Gaumen zu verwöhnen, verwendet Christophe frische und lokale Zutaten. Genießen Sie die offene Terrasse mit Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft, um den stattfindenden Veranstaltungen beizuwohnen.
