Das 88 Hektar große Anwesen liegt auf einer Sanddüne, die sich entlang des Westufers der Dommel zwischen den Orten Boxtel und Sint-Michielsgestel erstreckt. Um 1900 wurde dieser Sand, in dem sich durch Erosion eine Reihe von kleinen Teichen gebildet hatten, mit Kiefernbäumen bepflanzt. Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich hier ein Birken-Eichenwald entwickelt.
Auf dem Anwesen befindet sich ein Grabhügel aus der Bronzezeit.
