A feisty centenarian, unique that Mokapi!
The Arabica Maragogype quality beans, are roasted (roasted) in small quantities, over a long time and at a low temperature, i.e. 22 kg at 25 min. maximum temperature of 220 °C.
We use natural gas to heat the beans (better for the environment). Due to the slower roasting process, more than 900 different aromas are released.
