The Farm

On the front of D'Hoeve, the artistic, grape-cluster-shaped boxwood bushes immediately stand out. They are a mirror of what characterizes the entire restaurant: attention to detail, a rural style, quality.
Once you step over the threshold, you enter another world. The interior, originally from the eighteenth century and consistently restored, breathes calm and relaxation. Beautifully dressed dolls evoke the atmosphere of old English country houses, just as the draped chairs and armchairs do. Flower arrangements of fresh flowers bring color and fragrance to the decorative whole. In the front room of the house - perhaps once the 'most beautiful room' - the fire burns in the fireplace. You dine at luxuriously set tables surrounded by classic sideboards and dressers. Homely yet stylish.
In the kitchen of D'Hoeve, the pursuit of quality is reflected both in the use of specific products from certain regions - pigeon from the Loire, Pauillac lamb, lobster from the Eastern Scheldt, ... - and in the seasonal odes to freshness.
