Since its startup in 1997, De Ranke Brewery has forged its own path in the brewing world. The choice to use only whole hops (no extracts or pellets) gives De Ranke Brewery's beers their distinctive hoppy flavor. “The use of whole hops makes brewing much longer and more laborious, but in the end, brewing with whole hops is the logical choice when one is pursuing good taste, quality, and traditional methods,” say the brewers. De Ranke Brewery has a modern brewing facility, but inspired by traditional methods and specific to their specific methods.
