The butcher shop of Sébastien Curnel is located in the historic heart of the city of Stavelot, a stone's throw from the famous abbey. His grandfather started the company in 1937, just before the war.
The company prides itself on offering a range of cured meats and cured meats of the highest quality and guaranteed freshness. All preparations are prepared on site with meat and herbs whose traceability is proven and regularly checked. Among the award-winning specialties you will find classic or Christmas puddings, pork or game pâtés, home-smoked hams, but also ready meals with meat (pasta salad, Ardennes croquettes or cheese fondue, etc.).
Sébastien Curnel, takes part in a series of competitions and in 2020 each time wins prizes for dried grison meat, Spanish lomo and coppa.
