De Cierk , located at the sea square on the east bank of Ostend, is a fish and food market, a fresh fish market. The history of the "short chain" is the focus: the fish from the fishing boat straight to the counter.
Independent exhibitors are expected to sell their products at the Fish Food & Meet Market. As a visitor you can immediately consume the products sold together with a drink from the bar . A permanent food truck festival, so to speak.
With Cierk Cuisine, a new unit has already emerged in which the products of the various partners are used for cooking.
