Champagne Romain Billette

We are Romain and Lucie Billette, winegrowers with a passion for our craft. We have a deep affection for our terroir and make a point of producing quality wines using traditional Champagne methods. A job well done is important to us, which is why we are personally involved in every stage of wine production, from vine to glass. We live in Urville, in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne-Ardenne, surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye can see, a region renowned for its vineyards and winegrowing history. Our vines are planted on clay-limestone slopes, with Pinot meunier, Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Pinot blanc grape varieties, and cover almost eight hectares.

All our cuvées are barrel-aged in the Burgundian style, using oak barrels from nearby forests and demi-muids.
