Al vijf generaties lang staan de wijngaarden van Maison Billette in Urville aangeplant op klei-kalkstenen hellingen met pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay en pinot blanc druivenrassen.
Vanuit deze rijkdom in de wijngaard creëert Romain wijnen die uitsluitend gerijpt en gevinifieerd worden in eikenhouten vaten uit nabijgelegen bossen, waarbij hij het beste van zijn druiven gebruikt om genereuze, volle, rijke champagnes te produceren.
Geproduceerd met nederigheid en respect voor het milieu en de natuur, de Hoge Milieuwaarde certificering, duurzame champagne wijnbouw en biologische landbouw weerspiegelen de sterke band tussen de wijnmaker, de wijnstok en de wijn en de opmerkelijke Champagne terroir.
Bezoeken en proeverijen alleen op afspraak, van maandag tot zondag.
